Apprisals and radar detectors, Italian Car parade

Hi again.

Two things, ask your insurance company for a list a approved independent
appraisors.  It makes them look really bad in court to contradict an
appraisor they recommended.  That is the type of thing that makes judges
roll their eyes and find in favour of the car owner.

And the bad news is YES, the police can tell if there is an operating radar
dector in your car.  The police in Southern Ontario have radar dector
dectors.

For those in Ottawa, the Italian Car Parade starts on Preston St at 12:30
this (19th) Saturday so be there earlier to get lined up etc.  Refreshments
will be served to participants.
