2000 GTV carpets

My US 74 GTV has the "molded" one-piece black carpet, as did both the 2000
Berlinas I've owned, as well as all the 2000 Berlinas I've seen.  I believe
they were all original.  I think multi-piece bound carpet got phased out in
the US with the end of the 1750 models?  Don't know about other countries.
