weber questions

So I took my old leaky carbs of the 1750 and put on a set of overhauled
carbs. My question is they sure don't return to idle speed very quickly
even though the linkage is on the idle stop screw. Syncronization should be
pretty good as I used the line them up through the progression hole trick.

Don't suppose anybody has a collection of jets and stuff they could lend me
and I replace what I used?
