Get a Bonney MEB15LH wrench.  This is a high-quality, long, 15MM
combination wrench, six-point, thin-wall.

If you haven't buggered the heads, that should do it -- although it will
feel as if it is about to break. (If it does)/that doesn't do it, cut the
heads off with a torch or grinding wheel (but get replacements before you
do that -- non-standard bolts.  (Or get a fitting bit for the allen screws
on the CV joint -- not the ordinary "L" wrench -- this stuff is <tight>.
