The center button should be pried off gently with a spatula or putty knife.
Underneath, you will see a large nut that has to be removed. It should be
27mm, if memory serves. Measure it. Once that's off, the wheel has to be
pulled with a steering wheel puller. You have to use 6mm bolts, which are
too small for a wheel that's really stuck. Spray some penetrant in there,
attach the puller and tighten it up, but not enough to break the bolts.
Hit the center bolt of the puller with a hammer, and the wheel should pop
loose. Careful application of heat also helps. I've never had to use it.
