Milano clutch line

I have a rather mundane question:  What size of line (tubing) is used for
Milano clutch lines?  I need a new one and all the local parts guys look at
me funny (I assume it's the clutch line that makes them do that.).  The OD
is 7 mm; typical metric brake pipe is about 5 mm OD.  Soo..where can I get
fittings and line to fit?  Are these so close to an English (American) size
that no one stocks large metrics?
