On the slave cylinders I have seen recently there is only one way to install 
the slave.  Even the mounting holes are of different sizes to prevent 
"upsidedown" installations.  This is fresh in my mind as I just did this on 
the Alfetta within the last 3 months.  With the nipple "upsidedown" it is at 
about 4 o'clock and facing away from the clutch housing, as you face it from 
in front.  If you would try and flip it over it would be at about 10 o'clock 
and would be blocked by the clutch housing and almost impossible to get to.
