164 LS w/o engine - what's it worth?

I have a '95 164LS that had an underhood electrical fire (engine
wiring loom is gone as well as a few other plastic bits).  I've
pulled the engine and transmission for my Lancia Stratos replica.
I'm selling the shell complete with fuel injection and Motronic
box (no guarantee that it's not fried) and had one offer for $3500.

The car has approx. 30,000 miles on it, it's dark metallic green,
tan leather interior with climate controls from hell.  It's has some
minor body damage on the left rear, plus a broken driver's mirror,
no grill and a missing driver's side foglight.

Does $3500 sound reasonable?  Anyone want it?  I thought I'd
put a 12 valve motor in it, but I have too many projects and not
enough space.
