I've seen it once or twice while speedo still worked. When it stopped
working, it just droped from actual speed to 10mph (rest point) On
very rare occation the needle would move up and drop back down.

Tom Sahines commented that the signal converter puts up voltage depends on
speed so I am gonna check it out tonite.

Will keep you all updated on the result.
