the answer to this is replace, best chance is a big alfa dealer (like
Difatta) that may have your parts sitting in their warehouse for the
last 10 years. If they have to go to Alfa you will probably have to 
wait to get the stuff shipped from Italy.

2.. OEM vs. aftermarket parts, paint matching,

There really are no aftermarket fenders etc for most models, but I
would say take what you can get. The paint matching issues are the
same if you replace or fix you dented parts.
