(First-off, make sure you are starting out-of-gear -- in-gear imposes
significant drag.  And make sure the AC compressor or fan is off.)

(Second, clean and grease the battery lugs and terminals again, not
missing the ground to the body back there.  Might also check the one at
the front of the engine while you are at it.)

(Park on hills -- starts nicely in 2nd.)

#1 - 16A - heated rear window
#2 - 16A - ? (I think they are bridged) -- horn?
#3 - 16A - AC fan and clutch
#4 -  8A - door mirrors, courtesy lights and various other lights
#5 -  8A - ECU

(I'm not absolutely sure which ones (other than #6) should be
ignition-controlled -- can check if you wish.)
