engine swap labor costs

I am about to swap the 2.5L engine in my Milano to a 3.0. Anybody know
how much it would cost me to have a mechanic do it? I heard somewhere
it's like 12 hours of labor (at $57 thats $684!) What about if I tear
the old one out and have the car towed to the shop? Thanks
