Gabe,
A milano silver foglight kit contained a right and left foglight housing,
6 mounting clips, a relay and a switch.  It is very easy to install, the
wiring is in place you just have to plus the parts in.  Switch to the
left of the cluster below the rear foglight switch, relay in the fusebox,
slide the clips in to the bumper, plug in the lights and snap them into
place.
