Cam cover gasket/gasket sealing

RE: Bill Gilham's recommendations - Bill, in addition, would you
recommend the same procedures you outlined for sealing the cam cover
gasket be used for the lower and upper sump pan gaskets upon
installation?

Also, I've been using Edelbrock Gasgacinch  - which appears to be a
contact cement of sorts - on most gasketed surfaces with excellent
results.
