105 trailing arm changes

Does anyone know when the change in the size of the front bushing in the
105's rear trailing arms occurred?  I know that in the beginning the 1600s
had small bushings and by the end the 2000s had larger ones.  Did the
change occur with the introduction of the 1750 or the 2000, or somewhere in
between?
