dragging brake pad/piston alignment tool

Greetings All,
After a vigorous ride I pulled my freshly bug encrusted 76 spider into the
driveway for a bath
and noticed the when I sprayed water on the right front wheel I got steam
and a sizzling sound.
It appears the I have a dragging brake pad? There was no perceptible pull
when braking or
coasting hands off so it must be just barely touching. If anyone has had a
similar experience
I would appreciate any input. Also I've seen a to scale drawing of the
piston alignment tool
posted on the web somewhere and if anyone remembers the URL I could really
use that too.
