164 problems and quirks

The spring on the passenger's handle in my 164 is toast also; my fix was
to buy a set of small black velcro dots, putting two on the upper side
of the handle and a matching pair in the little recess for the handle. 
Holds it up out of the way, though not quite as flush as with the
spring.  If you find springs I'd be interested too, but you might try
this as an interim fix.
