According to the wiring diagram for my '83 GTV6, there is a horn
relay. Power is supplied through fuse number 1 on the block and I
would imagine the relay is right there along with the rest of the
relays. The fuse powers a number of other things as well, so you might
pop it if the horns draw significantly more current than the stock
horns -- have spare ceramic fuses of various ratings on hand before
testing the new installation.
