IMHO, after running Red Line in a '57 Giulietta, '78 Alfetta GT, '87 Verde,
and '93 Mitsu 3000GT, when I change lube again I'll only put it in the
3000GT. Tried the Red Line NS (Non Slippery) in the Giulietta to help with a
bad 2nd gear synchro. Made things worse. The others have been running Red
Line MT 90 the past year (until I changed gear lube this week in Milano, and
went to Castrol synthetic). The Red Line MT 90 didn't change anything in
Alfetta (shifted great before and after), helped the shift in 3000GT, and
hurt the cold weather (well, below 40 degrees Fahrenheit...) startup shifts
on Milano. And Red Line is expensive. Note that the Giulietta really had
BAD synchros--the Milano synchros seem perfect now that I'm back to the
Castrol synthetic.

Bottom line for me is that the stuff is expensive, and only the 3000GT seems
to really work well with it. And people in the Stealth/3000GT club swear by
it, saying that other gear lubes eat away at the copper content of the
synchros. Mitsubishi even put out a service bulletin on this!
