CarDisc-to-HTML

Hi all,

I'm interested in compiling a list of the CarDiscs that are
known to convert successfully with Cd2html, as well as a list
of outstanding bugs.

If everyone who's used Cd2html successfully could e-mail me
with the TITLE and VERSION number of the CarDisc(s) they've
converted to HTML format, that would be very helpful.

I'd also like to know which CarDiscs don't seem to work, or
any other bugs.
