Spider: Removing the 4 Intake Plenum Hoses

I will be replacing the cooling fan, all three motor mounts, and while I am
just a cussing ana swearin, I thought I would also replace the four rubber
hoses that connect the intake plenum to the intake manifold/head.

The job looks fairly easy; however, I was hoping someone could give me some
tips/tricks or things to watch out for.  I am not sure how to remove the
plenum itself.  In addition, I am undecided as to what hoses need to be
removed, etc.

Any help, advice, or suggestions would be appreciated.
