ABS problems and verde update

Hello All

I just finished rebuilding a verde here are the mods and a few problems

high compression pistons 10.4:1 slightly more powerfull
manual t/belt tensioner          A must
100% stiffer torsion bars shankle (feel like a very fair trade off .
Installations is a bitch email me for tips)
50% stiffer springs progressive rate jamex         seems great
12 point adjustable spax shocks             seems great
new tranny bushings           a Must
camber mod from alfa heaven    looks flimsy but recommended over cutting
bushings    works great
new a arm bushings
poly eurothane castor rod bushings   highly recommended a great way to
tighten front end
new shift linkages (complete)    car feels brand new
new drive shaft support and flex joints        no vibration incredible
rebuilt sachs clutch          surprisingly no vibration
had verde phone dial rims rebuilt to specs at tru wheel cost around 400
they were horrible now they ARE  NEW
new pirrelli  p700 -Z form tire (rack, or warehouse) about 67 each
excellent price and they feel great. 205/50/15 they rub though mainly
because my car has been lowered
the following are owned but not yet installed because of dyno (g-tech
pro benchmarking) but will be soon

stainless brake lines
s cams
tom zat modified ecu and sparc box

all else stock

The car feels very tight and powerful.  over 100 mph in 3rd gear
I have a problem constantly running in to the rev limiter accidentally
because the car is so smooth I dont realize I am revin' so high. The
modified ECU which I will sooon install will change the limit to 7400
rpm

the only real problems so far is the enigmatic ARC waning lights
the abs light recently began to remain on and the brake warning and stop
light(brake lights) warning are also on. My break lights do not work and
my front right wheel seems a litle stiff to rotate but not frozen
In addition the abs no longer functions however the car stops great
minus abs function
Is this a serious problem
are there any suggestions for trouble shooting.

Also when I begin to move off I here a clunking sound similar to bad
bearings in fwd cars; this seams to come from the rear of my car. I
checked the rear wheels for wobble. and they are perfect could this be
transmission related.
How do I change transmission fluid what do I replace with

I did all the work myself except engine rebuild.
