Speed Limits in the Sky

Speed limits in the sky depend on how fast you can go, where you are and
your altitude (perhaps attitude).  Try not to go supersonic over Del Mar
in California for instance.  Or even fly a helicopter over Poway.  Mach
1+ is encouraged over San Clemente Island above 40K as long as the
natives can't hear you.

FAA and international aviation regs make the the IRS code look like
ABCs.  The big differences are the three dimensions. Fred di will not
have a problem.  If he does the solution is called "auto rotation".
