speedo not working

You may have a too short inner cable,  we stretch it about 1/8 inch and it
will mate with the drive unit.  Sometimes the square end rounds off and no
longer meshes so stretching cures that problem.    What you can try first is
to pull the cable out of the tranny end and turn the inner cable by hand to
see f the speedo jumps.  Good luck, Fred Di Matteo
