164 headlight washer

Hi
If you pull the headlight washer up to the end of the spring travel then
wobble it from side to side whilst applying a modest amount of force it
will eventually part into two. The top part is just the piece that sits
on the bumper, the stalk which is spring loaded is part of the base.
 If anyone has the base piece they can sell me at a reasonable price I
would be gratefull. 100 gbp seems a little steep for such a small piece
of plastic!!!!!
