Danny Pham asked about setting up "colonel domo".  Since I was advised not to
quit my day job, I thought I ought to point out that the phrase was an attempt
at humor.

Danny probably wants to know how to get the Digest in individual e-mails, so
someone knows how to do that needs to explain it for those who might want it.
(And I apologize if it was just done in the replies, as I am already
understood the options and selected the "bulk" option as named by John
Hertzman)

John Justus (do you think "Humorless in KC" would make a good movie?  Is being
humor challenged protected by ADA?)
