69 seat styles/Sprint parts

I saw another style of seat on a European GTV that was for sale at Daytona
Motors in San Francisco a couple of years ago.  They looked like the 69
seats with flying buttresses.  But instead of having the headrest sitting
on top of the seatback, it was integrated into the seatback so that when it
was down, it looked like a lowback 69 seat.  A lever on the side of the
seat operated a rack and pinion which raised the headrest up to whiplash
protecting height.  

PS: Does anybody have headlamp trim rings for a 60 sprint?  Thanks.
