GTV-6 Keys by Code

The www site Ralph found in L.A. for Alfa high security keys is
interesting.  They list key codes to up to 1696.  In looking at mine (circa
1984), the key numbers got into the 2000s, so they may not cover all cases.

Also, had an interesting experience with local key shop.  Went in a couple
of years ago and just showed them the Alfa key, and they told me they
couldn't do it.  Went back a few months ago and gave them the after-market
blamk number and referenced similar keys from other make cars, and they
said sure--no problem.  It sometimes helps to give non-Alfisti a frame of
reference...
