GTV Tire Suggestions?

It's time for tires for my '74 gtv.

While it used to be my daily driver, it will now be used for weekends and 
some track time, perhaps even some autocrossing.

Currently it has a set of Ronal 14x6 wheels with very hard, dry-rotted 
Pirelli 185/70 tires on it.  

I will keep the wheels.  They are light, and look okay, really.

Now, which tires should I get?  What size?

I'm thinking of Yoko AVSi's or A008's in 195/60.  Opinions?
