for the '74 or the '93?

i can't help with the '93, but for the '74 it's pretty straightforward.
first remove the trim from around the windshield.  then, if you're really
good, you can *gently* push out the glass and gasket from inside.  i'm not
that good and break them more often than not, so i prefer to cut the face of
the gasket and simply pop out the glass.

you install the glass and gasket together.  i like the string trick, run a
piece of string all around the gasket, crossing at the top.  place the
glass/gasket in place, with the gasket straddling the flange at the bottom.
from the inside of the car use the string to pull the inside lip of the
gasket over the flange, gradually working your way up both sides and towards
the center at the top.

re-install trim and away you go!
