Welty fund address

As a semi-reconstructed Luddite, I followed John Hertzman's guidance and I now
have the Welty fund mailing address.  My check will be in the mail tomorrow.

I totally concur that the simple printing of the address side-by-side with the
exhortation for contributions is an utterly simple act that would enhance the
flow of contributions immensely.
