AROC National Convention Web page now active

The Kansas City website now has a 1999 convention page active, accessible from
the home page at "www.kcaroc.org".  The registration form is available for
those who don't want to rip the back cover off their Alfa Owner.  The form has
been updated with the new times and events that were added since the February
Owner material had to be sent in.  

Also, there is an aerial view of the time trials track, Hallett, as well as a
link to Hallett's website.

Our esteemed Digester, Fred Di Matteo will be available for questions at the
Saturday afternoon AROC Hotline Advisors tech session.  It would probably be
worth the whole price of the convention just to get a chance to talk to Fred.
