I do not see adjustment of the mixture screw on the AFM in your list.

It it's not oil-fouling plugs and it's close, that should bring it in.
(Try turning both ways while monitoring the readings -- sometimes the
action is counter-intuitive -- turning it <in> <should> enrich the
mixture, but sometimes it does not seem to work that way.)
