Converting GTV6 from Leaded to UnLeaded

HI Gang!
Hi Friends!

There I go again on a crazy quest....
OK here it goes:
Does any one know if a GTV6 (or two.... a 81 and a 86) without a cat and
Oxygen sensor can be fitted with both?

Does it need a new computer? (it will need a cat, oxygen sensor, new
exhaust, etc.., right?)

Do I need to change timing or anything to have it run unleaded? (no
questions about valve seats OK???????????????????!!!!!!)
If so, what should the settings be?
