Removing Spider Brake Rotors

Does anyone have any experience/suggestions for removing brake
rotors from a Spider? It looks like the rear rotors on my '88 Spider need to
be removed for planing/replacement. However, the two phillips head
screws holding each rotor to the axle are rusty and will not budge. I tried
heating them with a propane torch, but to no avail.
