A good tool for this is a hand impact tool. It usually comes
with a series of screwdriver bits and you strike the back of
the tool with a hammer which forces the bit into the slot and
rotates it to, in theory at least, loosen the screw. Make sure
the bit you use with the tool matches the screw slot perfectly
or the screw may be ruined.

If after the screws are removed, the rotor refuses to budge,
pull out the stub axle and separate the hub from rotor
on a press.
