aftermarket wheels(GTV6 so.cal)

   Anyone know of a rim shop in so.cal.that has experience in setting up a
GTV6 on aftermarket rims? 
   I want to push the wheels as far out and safely as I can without to much
rubbing,any suggestions on offset etc.?
