Sounds like it might be a Mille Miglia edition.  The wheels sound right,
not sure about the spoilers.  Pretty sure they were black (the one I
have seen was).

Check in the Joe Benson book (Illustrated Buyers Guide), I think there
are mentions of the special edition Alfetta's in there.  I'm sure Mr
Hertzman could figure it out too.
