reasonable Alfa

<<<<<<<<<<<I recently looked at and rejected a reasonably priced (~US$1200)
'65 Giulia GT
Sprint but it was WAY too rusty for my needs. That's why I write for advice.
Given a budget of say, US$3500, what kind of nice Alfa can I buy -- in nice
shape?>>>>>>>>>>>

I'd say good Berlina or Alfetta-sedan or coupe, fair GT, GTV <105,115>.
Matter of fact I was at AR Ricambi(Glendale,CA) and saw this ad-"67 GT,
light doors, bonnet and boot, 2l motor and trans, $3750/obo"
714-643-1527(the 4 in 643 was not clear, could be 693)-no name.This is
Orange county. I have no interest and all of that.
