Georgia Spider Not Kicking

True, my 82 Spider has been sitting for most of the winter, but I did take
it out for a spin with the nephew over the holidays, and she started fine.
Now the Sable wagon's in the shop, wife is driving the 164S (very badly, I
might add), and I'd like to get the Spider started.  She turns and turns and
turns, but doesn't hint at kicking.  Haven't pulled a plug yet, but wonder
why two weeks would make a difference.

Suggestions?
