Milano fast idle.

My Platinum seems to be idling a little on the high side, and IM not sure 
why....  I havent investigated this as yet, but would appreciate any tips 
as to whether "9 times out of 10 its...." to help speed things along.  
Like everyone says, its cold here in the northeast and my garage doesnt 
have heat either--for the moment.  Thanks in advance,
