Spider ('74) heater fan

Best wishes to all for the New Year.

With apologies to those in cooler climes!! It's got a little chilly here =
in
Houston recently so that I actually needed to use my heater in the Spider=
=2E =

After 24 yrs, the fan doesn't want to work!  Get volts at connectors
immediately before the fan motor but no movement.

So I have two questions:

1.  Any suggestions for a fix, without removing the motor - looks like a =
pain
to do?

2.  Anyone have a working fan motor they are willing to part with?
