Rebuilding 2.5 V6 Heads

     I am looking for suggestions on a reputable engine rebuilding shop in 
     the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area that would be able to pressure test 
     and plane a set of heads from a 2.5 V6 after I've removed them, as 
     well as possibly install new valve guides, springs and seals. Am 
     particularly interested in a shop that offers fast turn around. I seem 
     to recall someone mentioning a place called Shade Tree Mechanical that 
     works on Alfa engines. Feel free to respond off Digest. Thxs.
