Head Gaskets on Milano non-ABS

Is it just as much a pain to do the driver side head gasket on a Milano
without ABS? Also a question concerning tires/wheels. I've got a set of
alloys off of a 164S on my Milano with Pirelli PZero Assimetrico
195/50/15's. I heard something about being able to put 205 width tires
on the same rims... Is that possible? I don't really see how? THANKS!!
