164 oil filter

I just reach up from below to get to the filter.  Its a stretch but the
filter is easily reached.  I don't think you can't get at it through the
wheel well without removing the shrouding.  My driveway is a bit sloped so
I put the car up on ramps.  It ends up pretty level and there's lots of
room underneath.
