164 Starting Problems

When cold the engines fires up with no problem, but when I drive and let
is sit for 30 minutes and restart, it has a long crank and while start
and die. I have to give it a little gas in order for it to stay running.
No codes in ECU, new plugs, O2 sensor about a year old, new idle
stabilizer and bushing, new cap and rotor. I also have a friend in
Houston with same problem.
Any suggestions appreciated.
