'56 Alfa taillights

I've heard rumors that the Nash Metropolitan used the same taillights, any
truth to this?

Subject: WTB: 1956 Spider tail light lens
I am looking for some NOS or in good condition (not faded) tail light lens
for a 56 Giulietta Spider 1300, only for Spider's meant for US market.
European models have differnt tail light lens shape.  Believe the lens were
made by Lucas. Lens are oval and held on with a small chrome frame that has
a bolt hole in the center of the lens/frame. Possibly the same lens were
