164 CamShaft Seal

While working on my power steering belt I noticed oil dripping down the
inside of the cam belt cover.
It seems to be coming from around the rear cam shaft seal. Luckily none is
getting on the cam belt....yet.
is it possible to replace this seal easily? Do I have to remove the head or
anything as bad as that?
