Milano door speakers

Hi all,

I'm finally ready to upgrade the stereo in my Milano.  The Crutchfield
website indicates that the 4x6 speakers in the doors can be replaced with 6
1/2 speakers fairly easily.  It's so much easier to get good 6 1/2 units...
Has anyone done this?
