Spider rear view mirror removal

The spider rear view mirror is a "spring loaded" ball and socket affair =
designed to dis-engage if struck by someone during an accident. Grab the =
mirror and pull it should come right out, the mounting screws are on the =
inside. Assembly is the reversal of removal.
